Known for his inventive and unpretentious approach, Tom’s cooking is as playful as it is precise. Cooking over a bespoke live-fire grill, the kitchen treats everything from meat and fish to vegetables and fruit with equal care, guided by seasonality, curiosity and memories of the dishes we grew up with.
